1. Object
Made in France, in our workshops in Maine-et-Loire. Accessories developed with professional harpists. After-sales service provided by an expert technician. Partnership with Bow Brand. Delivery throughout Europe.
2. Products and Services
The products offered for sale or rent are described and presented as accurately as possible. Photographs are not contractual.
3. Price
Prices are shown in Euros, inclusive of all taxes, excluding any potential delivery or deposit charges.
De Anciola reserves the right to change its prices at any time, whilst guaranteeing the application of the price in force at the time of the order.
4. Order
Any order placed on the website implies full and complete acceptance of these T&Cs.
The customer receives a confirmation email summarising their order.
5. Payment terms
Payment is made by bank card or any other method offered on the site.
The order will only be confirmed upon full receipt of the amount due.
6. Delivery and availability
Products are delivered or made available according to the terms specified on the website at the time of order.
In case of delay, the customer will be informed as soon as possible.
7. Right of withdrawal
In accordance with Article L221-18 of the Consumer Code, the consumer customer has a period of 14 days to exercise their right of withdrawal, except for exceptions provided for by law (personalised products, hire already begun, etc.).
8. Warranties
The products benefit from the legal guarantees of conformity and against hidden defects (Articles L217-4 et seq. of the Consumer Code).
9. Responsibility
De Anciola cannot be held liable for damage resulting from misuse of the equipment or failure to follow the instructions for use.

11. Applicable law and disputes
These General Terms and Conditions are governed by French law.
Any dispute shall be brought before the competent courts within the jurisdiction of De Anciola's registered office, unless otherwise provided by law.
