Harp regulations and services in our workshops
A harp requires regular maintenance. Whether it has levers or pedals, it deserves to be looked after.
If your harp needs regulation, we are here to help. Our technicians can take care of your instrument in our workshops.
Feel free to entrust it to us, whatever the brand.
Why get your harp regulated regularly?
A harp is a complex instrument, subject to high tension and variations in humidity and temperature, as well as the stresses associated with transport, all of which lead to wear and tear and structural changes. Regular regulation allows for:
– Optimal intonation across the entire instrument
– Care of the mechanics, extending the life of parts
– Better and more comfortable playability
– The prevention of premature wear on the instrument
Before we start, we precisely identify what needs to be adjusted. We do not fix what does not need to be fixed!

About the workshops
Our workshops are busy, located in La Chapelle Saint Florent (Maine-et-Loire). All work is carried out by appointment only, to ensure that each instrument receives the care and attention it deserves.
How does it work?
How often should my harp be regulated?
For amateur use, a pedal harp that is used regularly ideally benefits from a full regulation once every 2 years, or before an important event (competition, audition, recording...). For a lever harp, a regulation every 4 years is recommended.
How long does a harp regulation take?
The duration varies depending on the condition of the instrument and the work required. A full adjustment of a pedal harp generally takes half a day. A lever harp, however, requires about 2 hours of work. We will provide you with a precise estimate during your appointment.
