Enric de Anciola — harp technician all makes, from Paris to Europe

Behind every finely tuned harp, there is a technician. Enric de Anciola is one of the few independent specialists capable of working on all the major brands on the market: Camac, Érard, Salvi, Lyon & Healy, Wurlitzer, Aoyama, Horngacher, and many others.

Originally from Catalonia, Enric de Anciola first studied philosophy and management in Paris before training as a luthier at the ITEMM (European Institute of Musical Crafts) in Le Mans, where he obtained his CAP. He began with the guitar, then specialised in the harp from 2011 onwards, within the Camac Harps manufactory, where he became head technician and head of after-sales service.

In 2019, building on this international experience, he founded Pro.Harp.Tech — then develop the brand De Anciola Fine Instruments — to offer non-exclusive expertise, serving all harpists and orchestras. Its clients include: the Paris National Opera, the Brussels Philharmonic, the Gewandhaus Orchestra of Leipzig, world-renowned soloists such as Isabelle Perrin and Anneleen Lenaerts, and institutions like the Royal College of Music in London.

Passionate about teaching, he also leads masterclasses in several European conservatoires, training musicians in the autonomous maintenance of their instruments.
